4.3 Verification
We may verify vendor information through various means. Verification indicators reflect our assessment at a point in time and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any vendor's services.
4.4 Listing Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inaccurate information, customer complaints, failure to maintain verification standards, or violation of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans for both buyers and vendors. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Information provided through the Services is accurate or complete
- Any vendor listed will meet your expectations or requirements
- Results obtained from using the Services will be reliable
Important: Prosper Index is a directory and research platform. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the services of any listed vendor. Any engagement with vendors is solely between you and the vendor.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSPER INDEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
